Thailand - ประเทศไทย

1. Express Mail Service (EMS) (1-3 days) - Fee starts from 50 baht.
2. EMS หรือ Kerry Express (1-3 วัน) - ค่าส่งเริ่มต้นที่ 50 บาท

International 

We ship worldwide by Airmail. It normally takes around 7-14 days to reach the country of destination. The delivery process depends on your local post service.
You will receive a tracking number once the order is fulfilled. 

For faster delivery, please contact us at hardcover@serindiastudio.com We can quote shipping fee for Express Mail Service, FedEx or DHL.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

Goods sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except:

1. Wrong items received 
2. Damaged due to transportation
3. No longer available and we are unable to procure it in the near future

• If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us by email at hardcover@serindiastudio.com or during business hours (10am-7pm) at 02160 5949 (our Central Embassy store, Level 6)
• If the errors are ours, or books damaged from transportation, we will accept an exchange or issue you a full refund within 24 hours.
• If the item you order is no longer available and we are unable to procure it, we will issue you a full refund within 24 hours.
• A refund will be issued in the same way the payment is made.

2. ทางบริษัทจัดส่งและสินค้ามีการชำรุดเสียหาย
3. หากท่านสั่งสินค้าแล้ว สินค้าหมด และทางบริษัทไม่สามารถสั่งเข้าเพิ่มได้ 

• หากเกิดกรณีดังกล่าว กรุณาติดต่อ hardcover@serindiastudio.com หรือโทร 02 160 5949 10.00 น ถึง 19.00 น (หน้าร้านของเราที่ห้างเซ็นทรัลเอ็มบาสซี ชั้น 6 ยกเว้นหากปิดเนื่องจากเหตุการณ์โควิด)
• การคืนเงิน: บริษัทจะทำการคืนเงินให้ท่านภายใน 24 ชม โดยวิธีเดียวกับที่ท่านชำระเงินมา
• การเปลี่ยนสินค้า: บริษัทจะทำการเปลี่ยนสินค้าที่จัดส่งผิดพลาดหรือชำรุดเสียหายด้วยสินค้าเดิม หากสินค้านั้นหมด

• บริษัทจะทำการคืนเงินให้ท่านภายใน 24 ชม
