A Meditator's Guide
A Meditator's Guide is a compilation of talks by Venerable Pramote Pamojjo, one of the most revered Buddhist meditation masters in Thailand. It includes teachings on the true meaning of mindfulness and how it is practiced, both in formal meditation and our daily lives. It also explores the entire scope of Dhamma practice, for beginners first sitting down to meditate all the way to the most advanced stages. It outlines the different kinds of meditation and when each should be applied. The material gradually deepens from chapter to chapter, though each chapter is a comprehensive work of its own and the book needn't be read exclusively in order. It can be referenced again and again.
